The Med-Chassis features an ambidextrous design that allows the user to remove and replace the contents easily. The large laser cut pull tabs allow for a better purchase with gloves, and a wide rear window pass through makes for better belt integration. There are  two, slim cut PALS columns for pouch mounting and shock cord routing holes for retaining tourniquets or other items. 

The Med-Chassis can be used with a variety of IFAK inserts and works well on both belts via the pass through and standard PALS systems designed for MOLLE integration such as cummerbunds, packs and placards.
