Designed to allow the user to connect a flatpack or any Nexus buckled pack to their Spiritus Systems LV-119 plate carrier.
To fully secure the the pack, use of the the bottom chassis buckles is highly recommended. This gives the bottom pack straps a secure anchoring platform.
